Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in a remote data entry position. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the People Systems Team by providing statistical solutions and analytics to internal and external customers. You will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, communicating, and reporting data to drive business performance and identify trends for optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Intake file requests and understand specific reporting requirements, including date range, statistical fields, and customer usage purpose
• Interpret and reconcile statistical discrepancies to deliver accurate reporting statistics
• Create custom statistical evaluations for use by human resources teams and unique departments
• Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations
• Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful functioning of newly completed systems or processes
• Ensure data integrity is maintained by efficiently interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership
• Ensure proper data protection and privacy guidelines are applied
• Resolve escalated issues through the research of discrepancies
• Merge and automate data
• Perform unique hobby duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

• Knowledge of concepts and processes for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits, tough works contributors of the own family, and negotiation, and personnel statistics
• Skilled in the knowledge of the effects of new data for every modern and future problem-solving and decision-making
• Skilled in adjusting actions in terms of others' actions
• Skilled in the use of correct judgment and reasoning to select the strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions, conclusions, or techniques for problem
• Skilled in talking to others to hold data effectively
• Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data
• Skilled in turning raw data into tremendous data using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
• Ability to speak data and mind in speaking so others will understand
• Ability to apply famous guidelines to particular problems to offer answers that make sense
• Ability to take note of and understand data and mind presented through spoken terms and sentences

Education and Experience

* Required: High School Diploma or GED * Entry-level experience, developing talents and knowledge in: + Relevant statistics/analytical/problem-solving roles

* Ability to perform work duties from a limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended intervals of time * Ability to speak and interact with others in the English language to meet the needs of the job * Ability to use a PC and unique workplace productivity equipment with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the needs of the job
