About the Job
As a Customer Service Representative at WorkWise, you'll play a critical role in helping us establish a strong presence in new markets and build lasting relationships with our clients. You'll be responsible for:
- Closing clients in new markets as assigned
- Developing and executing stakeholder outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins
- Cultivating prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact
- Onboarding existing clients' locations information
- Documenting all stakeholder interactions into our CRM system
- Working closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers
- Being responsible for the early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships
- Playing a critical role in establishing our company in your location by prospecting and closing clients
- Ensuring our recruiting pipeline is aligned with our sales pipeline
- Networking actively to expand our presence in the market

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:

Schedule and Work Location
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. You'll have the option to work remotely from your home, with occasional in-person meetings at our office in Royal Oak, MI 48067.
