Oracle EBS Application Specialist – Indeed Jobs US

As an Oracle EBS Application Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, or Human Resources. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure the integrity and performance of Oracle EBS systems.

You will be involved in upgrades, patches, customizations, and user training to help improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and maintenance for Oracle EBS modules including Financials, SCM, HRMS, or others as needed.

• Analyze and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

• Assist with Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and system testing.

• Work with business teams to gather requirements and configure EBS modules accordingly.

• Develop and maintain functional documentation and user guides.

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and custom developments.

• Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption.

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS applications.

• Expertise in at least one Oracle EBS module (Financials, SCM, HRMS preferred).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and customizations.

• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and remotely with good time management.

• Oracle certifications in EBS modules are a plus.
