Job Description

As a Quality Management Consultant, you will work closely with clients or internal teams to assess current quality management systems, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. You will provide strategic guidance on quality frameworks such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management (TQM), and lead quality audits, risk assessments, and training sessions.

Your role will be crucial in helping organizations enhance product/service quality, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing quality management systems and processes.

• Develop and implement quality improvement plans based on data analysis and client needs.

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, or other relevant standards.

• Facilitate training programs on quality tools, methodologies, and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Support documentation and reporting for quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

• Advise on risk management and quality metrics tracking.

• Stay current on industry trends and update processes accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management or consulting roles.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, or other quality standards.

• Proven ability to conduct audits and lead quality improvement projects.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with quality management software and tools.

• Ability to work independently and remotely with effective time management.

• Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is preferred.
