Job Overview

As a Senior Data Analytics Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing business processes and risk management strategies using commercial or consumer segment data. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets, including structured and unstructured data, to inform business decisions.

• Interpret and communicate complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive business process improvement initiatives and implement change management strategies.

• Develop and maintain expertise in data analytics tools and technologies, including MS Excel, Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, Client Acknowledgment Testing (UAT), and Unix.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in risk management, interpreting complex analyses, working with technical and non-technical teams, cost-benefit analyses, and business process improvement.
• Project management experience, driving business change, and reengineering processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for financial and data reporting and modeling.
• Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, including Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, Client Acknowledgment Testing (UAT), and Unix.

Preferred Qualifications
