Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, designing presentations and white papers, and contributing to sales strategies that drive business growth. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and deliver compelling sales content, presentations, and white papers that showcase the value of our Secure HANA Cloud offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compose and deliver sales presentations covering the Secure HANA Cloud and other related cloud solutions, tailored to specific customer needs and industries.
• Personalize sales content to ensure delivery of simple, appealing, and compelling customer presentations that drive business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP solutions and regulated industries, maintaining credibility with prospective stakeholders.
• Support white papers and content creation in support of customer needs, including researching and writing articles, blog posts, and case studies.
• Effectively present to customers remotely using virtual technologies, such as video conferencing and online meeting tools.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support sales and marketing events, including product launches, webinars, and trade shows.
• Analyze customer needs and develop solutions that meet their business requirements, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product managers.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of consulting, pre-sales software implementation experience, or related field.
• Good experience in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience in sales and sales processes, including sales strategy and execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP solutions and regulated industries.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and cloud solutions.
