Job Summary

We're seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team as full-time Customer Service Agents. As a remote employee, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Minnesota, USA, while still being part of a dynamic and fast-paced team. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and courteous support to internal and external customers, ensuring positive associations and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the success of the organization and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues related to ticketing, baggage, and flight operations.
  • Operate a computerized retail location system, process transactions, and manage cash, checks, credit cards, and travel vouchers.
  • Check in baggage and freight, answer phone calls, and page customers as needed.
  • Manage customer complaints and issues related to oversales, flight delays or cancellations, and lost or damaged baggage.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, reservations, and airport operations.
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the organization, including abnormality and complaint reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including working in a fast-paced environment and meeting productivity standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to fulfill job requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, meet productivity standards, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of airline operations, customer service principles, and conflict resolution techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, airline operations, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
