Job Summary

As an EWM Lead/Architect, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients' SAP EWM implementations. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, defining project scope, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business needs. With a strong background in SAP EWM, S/4 Hana, and related modules, you will be able to navigate complex technical landscapes and provide expert guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

• Collaborate with site business managers and business process SMEs to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
• Define project scope, develop project plans, and manage project timelines and budgets
• Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and best practices
• Contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SAP EWM developments, and best practices
• Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and growth

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations in S/4 Hana

• Strong experience in SAP EWM, including integration with other SAP modules (e.g., PP, PP-PI, MM, QM, WM)
• Experience with multiple full-cycle implementations within EWM
• Expertise in EWM-ERP Master Data integration via Core Interfaces, Yard Management, and other related areas
• Strong understanding of the interdependencies of SAP PP, PP-PI, MM, QM, and WM modules, including master data and transactional objects
• S/4 Hana experience mandatory
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Good analytical, logical problem-solving skills with the ability to understand new tasks quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in collaborating with site business managers and business process SMEs

• Strong experience in business process consulting, including problem definition, solution proposal, and implementation
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs for clients and internal teams
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM best practices, including configuration, deployment, and optimization
• Experience in working with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
