Job Overview

As a Delivery Merchandiser, Home Market, you'll play a critical role in our DSD system, delivering, unloading, and merchandising our products at customer account locations according to our high standards. You'll be responsible for stocking and facing products on shelves, displays, and in coolers, as well as fostering strong relationships with account personnel and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver, Unload, and Merchandise Products: Efficiently and effectively deliver, unload, and merchandise our products at customer account locations, ensuring compliance with CCCI and customer standards.
• Maintain Back Room Organization: Organize and maintain the back room by stacking and arranging products neatly and organized in the designated area.
• Ensure Neat Appearance: Ensure the neat appearance of all CCCI equipment and product in assigned accounts.
• Foster Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all accounts serviced.
• Maintain Safe Working Environment: Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to CCCI quality assurance standards at every account.
• Account for Product and Assets: Ensure proper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily.
• Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• CDL Permit: Ability to obtain a CDL permit and pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuous lifting environment, lifting up to 75 lbs. of product repetitively.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Integrity and Judgment: High degree of integrity and ability to exercise sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Experience: Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL): Possession of a CDL.
