Job Summary

As a Delivery Driver with AutoZone, you'll play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts to our commercial customers. You'll be responsible for driving a company-provided delivery vehicle, loading and unloading parts, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Provides WOW! Customer Service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts to commercial customers
• Drives a company-provided delivery vehicle to transport parts to commercial customers, including loading and unloading of parts
• Picks up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
• Maintains a safe driving and working environment, including adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
• Assists do-it-yourself customers in the store between deliveries
• Follows all company policies, procedures, dress code, and management direction, including fleet and safety policies
• Handles cash and charge transactions per company policy
• Maintains product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems and information resources

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
• Ability to meet AutoZone's driver requirements
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and evenings
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a related field
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Experience with customer service and sales
