Job Overview

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will work from home and be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide product information and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Utilize computer software and systems to manage customer interactions and data
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least one year of customer service experience (one year of sales experience required for sales positions)
  • Own PC and high-speed internet service (will be tested as part of the application process)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home
  • Telephone, landline or cell, required based on position offered
  • Computer/internet savvy and comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously
  • 7 days/week availability (schedules vary and will be discussed during the interview)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service in a remote or home-based environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
