About the Role: Coca-Cola Account Manager Relief

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Coca-Cola Account Manager Relief to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a key account manager, you'll be the primary Coca-Cola contact for large and small store managers or store owners, responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving business growth, and increasing sales within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and Close Sales Calls: Build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
• Sell Incremental Displays and Equipment Placements: Identify opportunities to increase product visibility and sales through strategic display and equipment placements.
• Maintain Accurate Inventory Levels: Ensure that customers have the right products in stock to meet consumer demand.
• Communicate Account Activities: Keep relevant parties informed about account activities, sales performance, and customer needs.
• Point of Sale Advertising: Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising materials as needed.
• Product Displays and Signage: Build, change, and remove product displays, maintain product signage, and clean product spaces.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel, answering questions and providing assistance as needed.
• Physical Demands: Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, and kneeling may be required.

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Work Experience: 1+ year of general work experience; 1+ year of previous sales experience preferred.
• Industry Experience: Food and beverage industry experience a plus.
• Skills:
  • Ability to handle multiple customer accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Proficient computer application skills.
  • Ability to create and conduct sales presentations preferred.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
