We are currently seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineering Lead Engineer - Google Cloud Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

About the Role

As a Digital Engineering Lead Engineer - Google Cloud Engineer, you will be a technical leader who will drive the delivery of high-quality cloud solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their Cloud IT needs, identify gaps, and develop mutually beneficial solutions. Your expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies and cloud-native services will enable you to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their Cloud IT needs and determine gaps between their requirements and technical functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to generate mutually agreeable and advantageous solutions.
• Explain complex technical topics in an understandable manner and gain consensus on project plans.
• Work with the customer and our delivery team to refine our backlog and define expectations.
• Participate in an active Agile team and lead the movement, including acting as a Product Owner representative working with the internal Delivery team.
• Conduct GCP Well-Architected Reviews of the customer cloud environment.
• Work remotely in the US and be available to collaborate with US client stakeholders in EST hours as required.
• Share customer feedback with staff and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of experience working in software and on GCP technologies and cloud-native services.
• 2+ years of experience with GCP Cloud Run, designing & scheduling & executing batch jobs.
• Experience in deploying applications, queuing workloads, applications, websites, etc.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out in this role, you should have:

• GCP Solutions Certification.
• Management of Cloud environment.
• Understanding of IT/workflows in large enterprises.
• Knowledge of common databases.
• Understanding of modern programming languages.
• Experience with Java, GKE, Big Query, Spanner, load balancers, Google Apigee platform, Cloud Run, etc.
• Development background with experience developing on GCP platform using GCP native components.
• Some experience with C# or Python is a plus.
• Any experience with RFID Technology is a plus.
