We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our team and grow into leadership roles through our structured Management Trainee Program.

About the Role

The Management Trainee (Entry Level) role is the foundation of our leadership development pipeline. You’ll begin with hands-on training in sales, customer engagement, and campaign management for our energy programs. As you progress, you’ll gain exposure to marketing strategy, team leadership, and client relations—preparing you for promotion into management positions.

This program is designed for individuals eager to build a long-term career in sales leadership and energy marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent clean energy providers in retail and event-based campaigns.
  • Educate customers about renewable energy options and help them enroll in sustainable programs.
  • Learn and apply proven sales and marketing techniques to achieve performance goals.
  • Support the setup, execution, and follow-up of in-store energy campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to meet client expectations.
  • Assist in planning campaign strategies and contributing new ideas to improve outreach.
  • Develop leadership skills by mentoring new trainees as you advance.
