The Contact Center department consists of more than 800 people working from Germany, Portugal, Ukraine and Moldova. We find a common language with clients from 27 countries of the world. We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to start as soon as possible.Responsibilities
- Help us to develop our Customer Experience by providing excellent customer service in voice and writing.
- Guide our customers to make the right order decisions and clarify status on orders
- NOT do outbound. We only work with inbound services.
- We have a well-built process and a well-oiled machinery. There are templates and horseshoes for everything, you will always know what to do, or have someone around who knows.
Requirements
- Your level of Italian B2 - C1
- You enjoy interacting with people
- You are a team player and your team can rely on you
- You have strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- You aspire to leave every customer satisfied

- Monday-Saturday 9:00 am - 21:30 pm (8 hours rotational shift)
