Microsoft is hiring a highly passionate and self-motivated Sales Solution Specialist to join their UK Solution Specialist Team, focusing on public sector healthcare. This role involves driving digital technology transformation in partnership with customers, achieving both customer and Microsoft business outcomes through innovative solutions and leveraging a large, multi-functional team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, building relationships, and executing against strategic business objectives within the healthcare sector.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in working in Healthcare (NHS and or Private Sector) driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in an industry (e.g. Healthcare, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
- Proven track record of selling into the NHS or Public Sector (software/solutions).
- Strong experience in value based solution selling together with an executive level network across the NHS/private sector.
