If you are looking to make an impact alongside a collaborative team that is transforming the homeownership industry, check us outResponsibilities
- Complete post-closing audit based on compliance guidelines set by CFPB
- Request post-closing final documents from settlement agents
- Escalate non-compliant loans to the manager with detailed explanation
- Communicate/coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Generate accurate and timely disclosures and ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Review tolerance violations based on TRID (TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosure) guidelines and provide detailed reporting of cures determined
- Disclose accurate Post Closing Consummation Disclosure after necessary corrections
- Audit and Reconciliation of Compliance reports, Redisclosures and Closing Disclosures
Basic Qualifications/ Skill Sets
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- 1+ years of mortgage experience, preferably in Post Closing and Closing Disclosure
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
