What you’ll be doing- Onboarding key accounts and franchise venues into Wolt’s Platform. This includes photography, menu, translation and Wolt app training.
- Building relationships with our restaurant and retail partners by training them on using our systems and keeping them up to speed on any updates
- Creating training for our partners
- Ensuring our portfolio of restaurants and retail shops reach the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks
- Developing our restaurant and retail partners and their business by using our collected user data
- Being responsible for our menu-platform always being up to date with the text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand
- Managing equipment inventory
- Support the everyday work of the team by creating and updating our database and communication
- Monitoring and forwarding changes and innovations affecting the team
- Technical ability and logical thinking with an aesthetic sense
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience
- Structured, detailed and service oriented
- Fluent in Hungarian and English
- Strong time management skills with efficient task prioritization
