Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Management Intern to join our team. You will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our product development process while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the tech industry. You will work closely with our product & engineering department and other teams cross-functionally to support the development and enhancement of our features. Specifically, you will work on the integral component of the Workato platform, the app Connectors facilitating Enterprise Orchestration. You will also be responsible to:

  • Reviewing bug reports and feature requests, investigating root causes and specifying product enhancements

  • Communicating with customer-facing team members for trouble-shooting and collecting feedback on their experience

  • Facilitating change management process: investigating impact of changes, defining communication strategy and content, managing the end-to-end process

  • Collaborating with vendors and partners, exploring their new capabilities and following up on their action items and requirements

  • Working with the Docs team on improving product documentation, suggesting changes and reviewing updates

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.

  • Foundational experience with core software technologies, basic coding and data-analysis techniques.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, ability to convey complex concepts.

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical problem‑solving abilities.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Passionate and driven about technologies and AI
