We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for lead generation and brand awareness on the online vendor marketplaces.

What you will do:

  • Develop and update the website, improving UX and conversion rates through A/B testing, lead magnets, and content optimization;
  • Plan and implement a content strategy: articles, case studies, podcasts;
  • Analyze data (GA4, Clarity) and propose solutions to increase customer engagement and retention;
  • Collaborate with Content, SEO, Creative, Web Dev, and PM teams on joint digital projects;
  • Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities;
  • Create layouts and wireframes for new website pages, considering UX and conversion goals;
  • Experience in CRO and working with lead magnets focused on generating high-quality leads and converting them into customers;
  • Project management experience: effective collaboration with the creative team, PM, Dev, and Content to deliver shared objectives.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, including work with websites, content, and customer acquisition, with 1–2 years in a Lead position;
  • Strong analytical skills: proficiency in GA4 (or GA), Microsoft Clarity, and marketing/user behavior analytics tools;
  • Experience working with international markets (especially English-speaking: USA, Canada, EU) — a big plus, especially in digital/B2B;
  • Budgeting and planning skills, sprint setting, and cost control;
  • English — B2+ (for working with analytics, platforms, content, and international audiences).

Will be a great plus:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • Experience with using referral platforms/vendor marketplaces (e.g. Clutch, G2, Gartner) for lead generation;
  • Experience with Looker Studio and Meta Pixel;
  • Business correspondence skills.
