Technician, Process Development (Contractor)

Our mission at Asimov is to advance humanity's ability to design living systems, enabling biotechnologies with outsized benefit to society. We're developing a mammalian synthetic biology platform––from cells to software––to enable the design and manufacture of next-generation therapeutics.

We are seeking a Technician, Process Development (Contractor) to join our team on a6 month contract in Boston, MA and help push the boundaries of biopharmaceutical and gene therapy process development. This is a lab-based role for an individual that will support day-to-day activities in upstream and downstream processing for biologics and viral vector programs.

The successful candidate will work closely with scientists in Asimov’s Process Development team to execute experiments covering both R&D and partner-related programs and initiatives. The role reports to the Head of Process Development and will function in a matrix environment, allowing for interaction with multiple scientists on the Process Development team.
