We are seeking an experienced WalkMe Implementation Specialist to support the Personal Insurance (PI) team for a critical, immediate need.

You'll play a hands-on role in evaluating requests, scoping user needs, and building WalkMe solutions to support business goals and improve user experience. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate incoming WalkMe enhancement and support requests from the PI business team. Scope, design, configure, and deploy WalkMe features such as: Smart Walk-Thrus SmartTips Launchers ShoutOuts Onboarding and in-app guidance flows Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align WalkMe solutions with business processes. Provide expert advice on best practices and scalable use of WalkMe. Required Skills & Experience: Proven, hands-on experience with WalkMe configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of digital adoption strategies and user experience optimization. Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in insurance or customer service environments. Familiarity with enterprise tools integrated with WalkMe (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow). Resides in or near Hartford, CT.
