Home-Based Sales Support (Roofing Industry)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Home-Based Sales Assistant to support our clients in the roofing industry. The ideal candidate will assist in managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role is essential in driving sales efficiency and customer satisfaction, specifically within the roofing sector.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assists the sales team with customer inquiries and provides expert product knowledge on roofing materials, installation techniques, and other roofing services.

  • Prepares and maintains sales documents, including quotes, contracts, and invoices tailored to roofing projects.

  • Coordinates and schedules appointments, roof inspections, site visits, and follow-ups with potential and existing clients

  • . Maintains accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and project details in the CRM.

  • Provides support in processing orders, tracking material deliveries, and ensuring timely completion of roofing projects.

  • Liaises with roofing contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.

  • Conducts market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs in the roofing industry.

  • Assists in creating and maintaining promotional materials, sales presentations, and marketing campaigns specific to roofing products and services.

  • Handles administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to emails and phone calls related to roofing inquiries.

  • Provides excellent customer service, addressing client concerns about roofing products, warranties, and installation processes promptly and professionally.

  • Performs other related tasks as needed to support the sales and operations teams.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role; experience in the construction or roofing industry is an advantage.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: Familiarity with roofing terminology, materials, and processes is a plus.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

  • Customer-oriented and can adapt to and respond to diverse nationalities.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Various roofing industry-specific software (i.e., AccuLynx, JobNimbus, Roofr, EagleView, Exactimate)

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 45,000

  • Industry: Roofing Industry

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8 AM- 5 PM CST

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
