We are looking for an HomeCare Sales Specialist for our team in Connecticut,This is a remote position with required travel to the FreedomCare hub in West Hartford, CT approximately 2-3 days per quarter.Department & Position Overview:As a member of the HomeCare Sales Team at FreedomCare, your main purpose will be to connect and engage with people and start a relationship with those who are interested in having home care for themselves or a loved one.The average day for an HomeCare Sales Specialist will involve reaching out to inbound information requests from various channels (phone, social media, website, etc.) and open meaningful conversations with them about our program, following up with previous conversations, collecting and validating information to begin the intake process for interested patients, and reengaging those who may need a little more nurturing.Every Day You Will:Engage potential patients and caregivers who are looking for more information regarding Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) and FreedomCare in generalNurture interested individuals into signing up with FreedomCareCollect and validate current information needed to sign upBuild sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mileSeize opportunities to improve the customer experience when they ariseManage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerMeet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targetsIdeal Candidate Will Possess:1+ year of proven sales experienceAbility to travel to our West Hartford, CT office at least 2 to 3 times a quarterAbility to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectivelyFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typeGenuine care for customer's interestsOptimistic and upbeatSelf-motivating, independent, and entrepreneurial spiritFocused and persistentAnalytical and empatheticData driven and goal orientedNice-to-Haves:Experience in insurance/ healthcare background/ call center settingWhy work at FreedomCare?We are here for you and committed to providing a best-in-class employee experience. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $18.00 and $23.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment.
