As a Credentialing Support Analyst, you’ll directly contribute to efficiency and accuracy, enabling the company to continue delivering on its mission to help people live better. What youll do... What you’ll do

• Monitor and manage the team inbox to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CheckMedic.
• Respond to emails, escalating issues as needed to the right team members.
• Support team tasks and provide documentation as required.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
