Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Perform various administrative duties, with a heavy focus on tasks using Microsoft Excel.
  • Utilize your intermediate Excel skills to create pivot tables, V lookups, pie charts, and formulas, and to add drop-down menus.
  • Help generate reports using Power BI (training is available).
  • Communicate effectively and respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of organization to meet deadlines.

What you'll bring:

  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must, including experience with pivot tables, V lookups, and formulas.
  • great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, 15–20 hours per week.
