Customer Care Representative (Remote In AZ, TX, And CO Only)

Description:

  • Support a footwear distributor; Provide premium service and build relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence
  • Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions
  • Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within food service, retail, or call center setting
  • Must be able to pass a typing test with 40 WPM.
  • Must have reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed with ability to hardwire.
  • Must be able to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references.

Pay: $16.50/HR Hours: Must be available between 8am-7pm Central Time Mon-Sun (will have 8 hour shift 5 days/week) Contract Duration: Open-ended contract for peak season (expected through Jan/Feb 2026) Start Date: September 26th (first day is orientation + 3 weeks of training) 100% remote in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas (excluding Houston) - Equipment Provided #westpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
