Coordinator, Client Servicing Operations [Remote]

Position Overview: The Coordinator supports Global Client Servicing (GCD) operations with a focus on localization, reporting, and new release requirements. This role helps drive efficiency by managing servicing data, consolidating requirements, and supporting project tracking for content localization and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Localization Orders:

• Prepare and issue localization orders for GCD Licensing and Transactional servicing across features and series.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, specs, and localization strategy.

New Release Requirements:

• Consolidate servicing requirements for new release titles, including dubs and subtitles.
• Liaise with relevant departments to gather and confirm specifications.

Reporting Consolidation:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly operations reporting, including tracking missed deliveries by region.
• Support Finance and senior management with delivery metrics.

Project Management Reporting:

• Help prepare and maintain status updates, weekly servicing reports, and key performance metrics for mastering and localization activity.
• Ensure data is accurate, current, and distributed to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in media localization, operations, or content servicing preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, or similar reporting tools is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 55,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
