FLEX Director - Project Management, Courtyard Bistro

This is a temporary position. The FLEX Director, Project Management, for the Select Category team in the U.S. & Canada will play a key role supporting one of the team’s biggest initiatives, reinventing the Courtyard Bistro program. This role will manage a large pilot of the updated program. Core responsibilities include:

  • Lead overall project timeline and ensure internal team stays on track with deliverables: manage the Teams channel, own project timeline, participate in weekly team calls, send notes and follow-ups to drive operational insights.
  • Establish strategic engagement with pilot hotels: Initiate bi-weekly task reminders and facilitate monthly office hours to obtain feedback from pilot hotels.
  • Support insights gathering from pilot hotels: Ensure timely data capture of feedback from hotels, tracking trends and translating findings into actional recommendations.
  • Shape executive communications: Partner with the Select category director in developing high-impact senior leadership and owner updates, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.

This position requires experience in complex project management with a strong skill set in organization, communications, time management, and attention to detail. The position requires an analytical and consultative approach to problem solving, as well as a flexible and collaborative working style. The work requires the individual to be highly adaptable to change, work within tight timelines, and manage multiple priorities. A strength in data analysis, communications, and presentation development is desired. The estimated time commitment is 20 hours per week. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience

  • 8+ years experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
  • Project management experience with a focus on new product/program design and development phases through testing and execution/launch.
  • Experience managing and defining transformational strategies for business units.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under difficult conditions, particularly when faced with complexity and ambiguity.
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major preferred.

The pay range for this position is $60.38 to $91.49 per hour.
