The purpose of this role is to develop and strengthen relationships between Infor and our valued customers within an assigned territory. Candidates will be responsible for achieving revenue goals on a continuous basis by becoming a trusted and credible partner to our customers, generating pipeline, and effectively prospecting into target accounts, and closing business. This is an excellent opportunity for goal-oriented individuals to be a part of the largest privately owned business applications company in the world. A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Leverage multi-channel communication (phone, email, social, etc.) to engage with customers and articulate value on a daily basis.
- Act as the leader and owner of the account and their relationship with Infor.
- Uncover, qualify, and close strategic revenue opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Research, question and listen to our customers to fully understand needs and present solutions to fulfill their requirements.
- Develop and accelerate strong business relationships with key decision makers and influencers within your accounts.
- Responsible for accurate and timely revenue forecasting and CRM updates.
- Assist customers in the transition to cloud products.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales in the Food Service industry.
- Experience presenting technical or functional solutions to customers.
- Experience managing concurrent sales cycles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a team sales environment.
- ERP experience.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
