About the Role
We are looking for a LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach Specialist to help us generate leads, book meetings, and grow our business through strategic LinkedIn outreach. This is more than just sending messages — we need someone who understands how to build relationships, generate real results, and turn conversations into booked calls. If you have proven success with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do ✅ LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach
- Build and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Write and send professional connection requests, follow-ups, and nurturing messages
- Grow and maintain a strong LinkedIn network
✅ Lead Generation
- Find and qualify leads based on clear target criteria
- Organize and track leads using CRM tools or spreadsheets
✅ Appointment Setting
- Book discovery calls and follow up with prospects
- Confirm meetings and ensure prospects show up
✅ Marketing Support
- Suggest LinkedIn post ideas and help boost engagement
- Report on outreach progress (connections, replies, meetings booked)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven LinkedIn marketing results — show us campaigns that delivered real leads or meetings
- Experience with lead generation and appointment setting
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to write polite, clear, and persuasive LinkedIn messages
- Familiarity with LinkedIn tools, CRMs, and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude
Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or email outreach tools
- B2B marketing or sales background
