Job Title: Technical Release Manager- Salesforce Location: Seattle - WA (DAY 1 onsite) Job Summary: Concentrix is seeking an experienced and highly organized Release Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across our Salesforce platform and other enterprise systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth and timely deployments, aligning release activities with business objectives, and minimizing operational risk. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Salesforce release management, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance our release processes and tools. Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage release schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives while minimizing disruptions.
  • Coordinate across development, QA, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless release execution.
  • Oversee Salesforce release cycles, including sandbox refreshes, metadata deployments, and change set management.
  • Enforce compliance with change management protocols and documentation standards.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate release-related risks and issues.
  • Maintain release documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve release processes and tooling for greater efficiency and reliability.
  • Support post-release validation, troubleshooting, and incident management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in release management or related functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployments and tools such as Gearset, Copado, and Change Sets.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven stakeholder management abilities.

This position will be posted till 08/26/2025 #ConcentrixCatalyst The base salary range for this position is $ 106,087 - 166,709 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
