Job description Telemarketer (Part-time) | Hourly Plus Commission Are you a professional experienced outbound telemarketer? If you live in Arizona that's an advantage.

We Need You: We are looking for a professional experienced outbound telemarketer with a minimum of 4 years of outbound calling experience to assist us in following up with seller contacts. You will be calling people who own a home that has expired on the Multiple Listing Service.

Our Problem: We have an overflow of contacts that we want to send helpful information to (pictures and details of properties that sold around their property, plus a copy of our seller plan) and we need help following up with them by phone to ensure that we get their permission to mail the package and confirm their mailing address.

We also need help to determine whether or not they have a real reason to sell and a high level of motivation to do so. This process is already in place and successful...we are simply looking for more telemarketing help.

Your Location: This is primarily a remote position, however, the ideal candidate will live in Arizona. You will be focused on Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, North Phoenix, AZ and you should have a general feel for the different areas of the city (i.e. Troon, Grayhawk, DC Ranch, Desert Mountain, McCormick Ranch, Clearwater Hills, Mockingbird Lane Estates, Mummy Mountain, Desert Ridge, Tatum Ranch, Cave Creek.)

Part Time to Full Time: It's important to know that this is an opportunity to help work on the growth of an established and successful business, however, it's also an opportunity to grow your own consistent telemarketing book of business starting part time and growing to full time within that structure.

NOTE: You will be working directly with Associate Broker and Top-Producer Grant Van Dyke and his Client Care Manager Shauna Wilson on an already existing business to assist in its growth.

Weekly Stipend* - Plus Performance Bonus: • (Stipend based on experience level) • 0-100K Gross Commission Production = (8%) • 100K-150K Gross Commission Production = (9%) • 150K-200K Gross Commission Production = (10%) • 200K-250K Gross Commission Production = (11%) • 250K- 300K Gross Commission Production = (12%) • 300K-350K Gross Commission Production = (13%) • 350K-400K Gross Commission Production = (14%) • 400K-450K Gross Commission Production = (15%) • 450K-500K Gross Commission Production = (16%) *Caps at (16%)
