Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site or remote technical assistance to customers who are experiencing problems with GE Healthcare products.

• Diagnose and repair equipment issues promptly and accurately.

• Assist customers in understanding how to use our products effectively.

• Collaborate with field service engineers and other technical experts to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.

• Document all aspects of service visits, including troubleshooting steps taken, parts replaced, and any additional work performed.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service histories.

• Communicate proactively with customers to keep them informed of progress and expected resolution times.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when working on medical equipment.

• Adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare or medical imaging technology.

• Strong knowledge of computer systems and networking principles.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Flexibility to travel frequently, if required.

• Basic knowledge of electronic diagnostic equipment used in medical imaging.

• Familiarity with common imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, ultrasound, etc.

• Willingness to participate in training sessions and learning opportunities to enhance technical expertise.

• High school diploma or equivalent degree. Associates degree preferred but not required.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

• The successful applicant must comply with GEHC's standard background check, including a post-offer drug test.
