Senior ERP Engineer - Oracle Fusion SaaS

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Engineer specializing in Oracle Fusion SaaS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules and demonstrate technical proficiency in integrations, application development, and report creation. This role also requires proven leadership capabilities and strong organizational and communication skills. Must be based in USA and able to work in EST time zone. Responsibilities :

  • Functional Experience:
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Cash Management
  • Procurement and Self-Service Procurement
  • Project Costing and Project Billing
  • Fixed Assets
  • Subscription Management- ( Nice to have)
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • SQL and PL/SQL scripting and database management.
  • Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Visual Builder Studio.
  • Oracle Apex for application development. ( Nice to have )
  • Oracle Process Automation. ( Nice to have )
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations. ( Nice to have )
  • Expertise in report development using:
  • BI Publisher (BIP)
  • Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
  • Administrative Knowledge:
  • Basic administrative knowledge to maintain:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC ( Nice to have )
  • Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) Nice have
  • Object Storage ( Nice to have )
  • OCI Logging ( Nice to have )
  • Fusion Applications with Identity and Access Management (IAM) ( Nice to have )
  • Process automation applications on OCI ( Nice to have)
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of ERP engineers, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Business Process Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with financial and operational processes, such as month-end closing activities.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

6. Project Management and Communication:

  • Organize and manage tasks efficiently, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and procedures for future reference.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SaaS implementations and support.
  • Proven experience in technical development, integrations, and customizations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Wage Range : The annual starting salary for this position is between $109,000 - $145,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
