Virtual Property Assistant – Online Listings

Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Virtual Property Assistant – Online Listings to support our growing roster of real estate clients. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and maintaining digital property listings, coordinating virtual property tours, and ensuring timely communication with prospective tenants and buyers. If you are organized, digitally proficient, and have a keen eye for real estate presentation, this is a fantastic work-from-home opportunity to contribute to the fast-moving real estate sector from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • *

Create, edit, and publish online real estate listings on various platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, 99acres, etc.)

  • *

Coordinate with property owners and agents to obtain accurate information, photos, and documentation.

  • *

Track property status (available, sold, rented) and update listings in real-time.

  • *

Communicate with potential clients via email or chat to schedule virtual property showings.

  • *

Maintain organized records of properties, contacts, and interactions using CRM tools.

  • *

Support virtual open houses by preparing digital brochures, video walkthroughs, and live Q&A sessions.

  • *

Conduct market research to compare property pricing and presentation trends.

  • *

Assist with light administrative duties related to property management (e.g., lease document prep, follow-ups).

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • *

Proficient in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.

  • *

Comfortable working with listing portals, spreadsheets, CRMs, and cloud tools (Google Drive, Dropbox).

  • *

Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and manage high volumes of listings.

  • *

Excellent attention to detail in formatting, proofreading, and visual presentation.

  • *

Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience
  • *

0–2 years of experience in real estate, virtual assistance, customer service, or a related administrative role.

  • *

Prior experience in real estate listing platforms or digital property management is a strong advantage.

  • *

Freshers with strong organizational and tech skills are welcome to apply.

  • Working Hours

Flexible working hours based on your availability.

Shift options:

  • *

Morning Shift: 9 AM to 1 PM IST

  • *

Evening Shift: 2 PM to 6 PM IST

  • *

Full-Time Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM IST (with 1-hour break)

  • *

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • *

Basic knowledge of real estate terms and digital marketing is desirable.

  • *

Proficient in using property listing platforms, email software, and collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, etc.)

  • *

Fast learner with adaptability to changing technology and market trends.

  • *

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • *

Ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
