This position is responsible for recruiting both freshmen and transfer students through extensive travel to high schools, recruitment fairs, and other outreach events. The Admissions Recruiter (Road Runner) will play a vital role in achieving the Office of Admissions' aggressive recruitment goals by engaging with potential students, promoting the university's offerings, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. This temporary position offers the opportunity to represent WSSU and contribute to its growth and visibility Primary Function of Organizational Unit The primary function of the WSSU Office of Admissions is to attract, recruit, and enroll a diverse and qualified student body. This includes promoting the university's academic programs, overseeing the application and admission process, and engaging with prospective students through various recruitment activities and events. The office plays a key role in shaping the university's future by building strong relationships with potential students, families, and educational partners.
