As a Digital Marketing Specialist on the Online Results team for Real Property Management, a typical day for you will include: Analyzing performance data and metrics to determine appropriate SEO initiatives. Troubleshooting technical website and platform tools as required and liaison with appropriate support teams including, but not limited to business coaches, digital marketing team, and outside vendors. Ideation between team members on platform usages, enrollment of franchise owners, pricing strategies to drive participation in the Online Results program. Performing research regarding platforms and tools used by the internal digital marketing team and ongoing training for franchise owners upon implementation. Monitoring compliance and enforces compliance of brand standards and Neighborly digital marketing policies. Other duties as assigned. Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success. Experience: 1-2 years experience in Search Engine Marketing with an emphasis on organic and social/content creation. Skills: Familiarity with tools like Google Data Studio (Looker), SEMrush, Sitebulb, and/or equivalent platforms. Education: Associate's degree in content marketing, digital marketing, and/or prior experience in digital marketing. Equipment: Company provides laptop and home office equipment as needed.
