Pharmacy Customer Service Representative (Weekend Remote)

As a full-time remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home on weekends, with a schedule that includes alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour shift.

About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Manage claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accurate and efficient service
• Assist pharmacies with medication adjudication and coordinate with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure seamless benefit assignment
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and claimant information in multiple systems
• Adapt to changing processes and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence

Requirements

• 3+ years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to ask relevant questions and provide clear responses
• Strong written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in workers' compensation law
• Editing skills
