Lead Game Designer - Remote Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with experts, artists, and writers to deliver a high-quality gaming experience
• Design and implement engaging gameplay mechanics, features, and content
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality results
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including design specs and technical requirements
• Conduct playtests, gather feedback, and iterate on design to ensure a polished and engaging experience
• Participate in the recruitment and management of additional designers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a lead game design role
• Experience with Unreal Engine
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality multiplayer games
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Passion for playing, creating, and shipping games

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Unreal Engine 5
• Programming experience in C++
• Content creation skills
