Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing or product development, with a focus on customer-facing security
• Deep expertise in email marketing, particularly in creating trigger-based communications using data
• Strong understanding of A/B or multi-variate testing and marketing analytics
• Experience with owning performance KPIs for a channel or product
• Strong understanding of customer data and segmentation
• Experience managing and developing direct reports
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder (or similar email marketing platforms)
