Job Summary: As a Healthcare Specialist - Customer Service Representative, you will provide personalized and empathetic support to the medical community, responding to health-related questions from medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities via phone. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process questions from medical professionals and respond accordingly via phone

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• LPN with 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Associate's degree and/or Certifications in a health-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak with proper English grammar and syntax
• Proficiency in word processing and other computer applications
• Ability to work independently without supervision
