Remote Insights & Data Analyst

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insights & Data Analyst to join our team at Workoo Technologies. As a Remote Insights & Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business success by analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. This is a full-time remote opportunity available to candidates based in the United States, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for working on big data and analytics projects, gathering and integrating large volumes of data, performing analysis, and developing actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company. You will collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis, measure and monitor results, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on big data and analytics projects, gathering and integrating large volumes of data, performing analysis, and developing actionable insights and recommendations
• Acquire data from multiple sources, identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for action
• Interpret data and analyze results using various statistical techniques and tools, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis and measure and monitor results
• Ensure compliance with company standards for data acquisition, sharing, and results

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
• Working knowledge of analytics and statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Power BI, and others
• Strong analytic skills, with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling
• Contact Center experience
• Fundamental cloud exposure
• Ability to work with and manage vendor or third-party relationships
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
