Data Entry and Management Associate (Day & Night Shifts)

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Data Entry and Management Associates for both day and night shifts. The ideal candidates will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and ensuring data integrity for operational use. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into internal databases and systems
• Verify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records
• Perform routine data audits and quality checks
• Generate reports and summaries as required
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Adhere to company policies on data privacy and security
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets
• Provide shift handovers and documentation for smooth transitions between day and night shifts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
• Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software
• Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM with accuracy)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work fixed or rotating shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: [9:00 AM – 5:00 PM]
• Night Shift: [5:00 PM - 12:00 AM / 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM]
