American Express Online Support Agent (Remote) - Currently Recruiting Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Responsibilities

As an Online Support Agent at American Express, you will: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, providing timely and accurate information. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to card services, payments, or account details. Educate customers about American Express products, services, and features. Deliver personalized solutions and build rapport to create exceptional customer experiences. Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards. Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments as necessary. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have: A high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field. Proficiency in multitasking, navigating digital tools, and resolving complex issues. Empathy and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs effectively. A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
