Job Responsibilities

• Analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Apply statistical methods and data mining techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Design and implement data models and relational databases.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through data cleansing and validation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies.

Key Duties

Intermediate Level (Professional 2): Utilize strong BI principles to analyze data, propose solutions to business challenges, and provide data-informed recommendations.

Senior Level (Professional 3): Serve as a subject matter expert in enterprise intelligence, applying advanced analytical skills to solve ambiguous challenges, make strategic decisions, and drive impactful change across the company.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of analytical experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in enterprise intelligence functions, including analytics, data mining, reporting, data cleansing, data modeling, and relational databases.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience working with disparate data assets and data blending.
• Strong dashboard design, charting, and data automation skills.
• Experience with statistical concepts and probability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age of 18.

Senior Level Requirements

• 4+ years of analytical experience in a related field.
• Advanced experience with data assets, data blending, and database management systems.
• Expertise in data visualization techniques and experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Modeling skills in cluster analysis and linear regression.
• Experience with descriptive and diagnostic data analysis, sampling methodologies, and hypothesis testing.
• Demonstrated experience with project management.
