We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Amazon Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive business transformation initiatives. Job Summary:

The Senior Amazon Project Manager will be responsible for leading large-scale automation programs, process re-engineering, and change management initiatives within Amazon's Finance, Operations, and Accounting (FOAA) organization. You will work closely with senior leaders, tech teams, and stakeholders to drive business outcomes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive strategic project plans to achieve business objectives and improve process efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, finance, and operations, to deliver high-impact projects
• Drive business process re-engineering and lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Work with senior leaders to define and implement new business processes and technologies
• Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk management plans
• Communicate project plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners

Requirements:

• 4+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in a global e-commerce or technology company
• 4+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes
• 4+ years of experience working with tech and non-tech teams, with a strong understanding of technology and business operations
• 4+ years of team management experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or MS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience driving technology change for finance or accounting functions
• Experience managing global operations and influencing decisions through effective communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
