Responsibilities:

As a Commodity Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategic procurement plans to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships
• Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations to drive business results

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have:

• Experience in the aviation industry or related field
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPM, CPSM)
• Strong knowledge of contract management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management
• Experience with procurement software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
