Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide information about our products and services, including benefits, features, and promotions, to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams for resolution, ensuring timely and effective solutions for our customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores, to contribute to the team's success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
