We're seeking highly skilled and passionate customer service professionals to join our American Express Virtual Customer Care team. As a remote member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to provide world-class support to our valued customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via multiple channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information about American Express products, services, and policies
  • Assist customers with account maintenance, billing inquiries, payment processing, and issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or virtual environment preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and technology
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
